Fitness Classes

Phoenix has Fitness specific classes in addition to Muay Thai for people who want quality and effective fitness training in their life.

We train free body work, Bar Bells, kettle bells, bag work, sleds, assault bike with incredible variety and challenges.  

Develop your fitness in a friendly hard work environment with a common work ethic. 

We have morning classes, afternoons, and some evenings. You can also get 24hr access to do your own workouts.

We do fitness unlike any mainstream fitness only club or franchise. It isn’t the main thing we do but we do it with the same professionalism, coaching, variety and teamwork approach. 

Classes are well suited to over 35’s, but it is open to anyone. Anyone willing to learn, work and shut up and train. 

No two classes are the same, we have great variety, great challenges, and small regular group of people keen to train. 

Classes alwasy have a plan, a specific workout to follow. Usually 45 min of solid non stop work. No breaks, no coming late, no phones and no people standing around chatting or looking in the mirror when they should be sweating. 

You don’t have to be fit to start, you just have to want to work hard, shut up and train and be disciplined to follow the class plan with integrity.
