STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Phoenix has STRENGTH & CONDITIONING classes in addition to Muay Thai for people who want quality and effective fitness training. FIGHTING FIT is strength & conditioning with added bag work to bring in some Muay Thai. 

We train free body work, Bar Bells, kettle bells, bag work, sleds, running, assault bike in varied formats and its a mix of high intensity and circuit training without any extended breaks and no one is allowed to cry or whinge. No one dresses up for classes.

We have a no phone rule, it is all workout and most people are over 30 and there to train. Talk and coffee after. Everyone is just doing their best to their ability. 

Develop complete all round fitness, in a focused, small group, hard work environment with a common work ethic and integrity of exercise. 

We have morning classes, afternoons, and evenings. You can also get 24hr access to do your own workouts. 

We do fitness unlike any mainstream fitness only club or franchise.  Variety of format, professionally programmed and integrity of effort. 

Classes alwasy have a plan, a specific workout to follow. Usually 45 min of solid non stop work. No breaks, no coming late, no phones and no people standing around chatting or looking in the mirror when they should be sweating. 

People get yelled at when they ‘pause’ for to long or get slack or distracted. 

You don’t have to be fit to start, you just have to want to work hard, shut up and train and be disciplined to follow the class plan with integrity.
